\n\tO<\/span>UR MISSION<\/h3>[vc_empty_space height=”35px”][vc_column_text el_class=”justify-text”]FIBGAR seeks to promote key actions aimed at strengthening a culture of civic and legal security based on the values of peace, justice, rule of law and good governance, as catalysts for sustainable democracy and means to counteract human rights violations and anti-democratic threats, such as impunity, corruption and organised crime.<\/p>\n

Under this mandate, FIBGAR is dedicated to disseminating, defending and promoting Human Rights and the fight against impunity, promoting the empowerment of people as subjects of change and supporting initiatives that involve the application of the principles of International Justice and Human Rights, pushing towards the construction of more democratic societies and stronger institutions.[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=”35px”]\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div><\/div>[\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row content_width=”grid”][vc_column][vc_empty_space height=”35px”]

\n\tO<\/span>UR HISTORY<\/h3>[vc_empty_space height=”35px”][vc_column_text css=”” el_class=”justify-text”]Founded in December 2011, FIBGAR was born with the firm purpose of making a professional and comprehensive approach to a series of realities that Baltasar Garz\u00f3n observed throughout his professional career as a judge and magistrate, giving continuity to the values that guided his work in favour of the most vulnerable people.\u00a0That is why his Board of Trustees has set as its main objectives the promotion of Human Rights and Universal Jurisdiction.[\/vc_column_text]\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div><\/div>[\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row content_width=”grid”][vc_column]

\n\tV<\/span>ISION AND VALUES<\/h3>[vc_empty_space height=”35px”][vc_column_text css=”” el_class=”justify-text”]The principles of Universal Justice and Human Rights advocate the enjoyment of all human rights for all people and the fight against their violations.\u00a0This implies a commitment in our immediate and distant surroundings, and requires processes of social transformation that make the universality, inalienability, indivisibility, interdependence and progressiveness of human rights a reality and promote and ensure the democratic values of justice, non-discrimination, cooperation, transparency, accountability, the rule of law and peace.<\/p>\n

Based on these principles, we at FIBGAR want to contribute to counteracting violations of the human rights of all people and the challenges and threats to democracy, in all its forms, including impunity, corruption and organised crime.<\/p>\n
