In 2017, together with the Regional Ministry of Transparency and the Polytechnic University of Valencia (UPV), FIBGAR launched the Early Detection System for the prevention of malpractice and the fight against corruption.
Within this framework, an IT platform was developed that functions as an early warning system in the Valencian Community in collaboration with the Generalitat Valenciana, the UPV and various civil society organisations.
This involved the implementation of an immediate, practical and operational system to identify possible cases of corruption, including the management of large amounts of information from public administrations aimed at the investigation of corruption cases.
