In 2015, FIBGAR organised the course International Standards on the Right to Freedom of Expression at the Judicial Academy of Puerto Rico.
The course addressed the legal framework of freedom of expression at the international level, touching on the concepts of freedom of opinion, freedom of the press, and right of access to information, as well as the general and specific limits admitted by international instruments on freedom of expression.
