In 2015, FIBGAR organised the Diploma in Transitional Justice, Human Rights and Conflict, which counted with a first class teaching staff, such as Pablo de Grieff, Luis Jorge Garay, Jorge Errandonea, Edgar Solera, Jorge Iván Cuervo, among others.
The Diploma emerged as an imperative for the Colombian context, immersed at that time in a profound process of peace negotiations, in which the issues of transitional justice were one of the central points of the debate and of the agenda that demanded a citizenry capable of facing the challenges of post-conflict.
