Through information campaigns to raise awareness and sensitise society, dialogue processes, forums and collaborative work, we promote public awareness based on respect for human rights, seeking to actively influence the orientation, representation and effectiveness of public policies.

An informed citizenry is not enough to achieve a peaceful society; an empowered citizenry capable of leading its own changes is needed. From a social management and community development approach, FIBGAR implements strategies and projects at the local level with the aim of generating capacities in citizens so that they can implement leadership processes in order to solve problems at the local level, thus producing lasting and sustainable changes.
