FIBGAR, with the aim of promoting democratic progress and the protection of human rights, and given the success of the first edition of VOCES, has organized a second Call for Papers to create a space for debate on sustainable democracy and amplify the voices of European and Latin American civil society organizations dedicated to the promotion of democracy and human rights, and to strengthen its role as a link between political society and civil society.
FIBGAR invites these organizations to contribute to reflect on this by submitting a 400-word abstract on any of the following topic areas by Friday, December 20, 2024:
- Human rights and new technologies

- Democratic memory and positive peace
Notification of selection of contributions will be no later than Friday, January 8, 2025.
Successful candidates must submit a 4000-word paper by February 7, 2025.
The contributions will be included in a digital publication that will include the diagnoses of each of the four areas of reflection.
